1. About DrLoop
DrLoop provides technology designed to support the coordination of non-emergency medical transportation.
The public DrLoop website provides information about DrLoop, its products, services and opportunities to connect with DrLoop.
Depending on the page, the website may provide information concerning:
- DrLoop Go;
- Hospital solutions;
- Transportation Provider solutions;
- DrLoop Driver;
- safety;
- support;
- privacy;
- legal policies;
- partnership opportunities;
- company information.
The availability and functionality of DrLoop products may vary by location, organization, Provider, product stage and other circumstances.
2. Public Website Only
The public DrLoop website is primarily an informational and communication website.
Unless DrLoop expressly introduces and identifies a different web-based service, the public website is not the operational interface for:
- booking a DrLoop Go Trip;
- dispatching a Vehicle;
- accepting a Driver assignment;
- managing Hospital Trips;
- managing Provider operations;
- processing Rider transportation through a public website booking flow.
Operational functionality may be provided separately through applicable DrLoop applications or portals.
3. No Website Login Required for Public Information
The general public website does not require a DrLoop operational account merely to access ordinary public information.
Separate DrLoop products may require authentication.
Access to an authenticated DrLoop application or portal is governed by the terms and policies applicable to that product.
4. Separate DrLoop Products
Use of a DrLoop product is not governed solely by these Website Terms.
Separate terms may apply to products such as:
- DrLoop Go;
- DrLoop Driver;
- Hospital Portal;
- Provider Portal.
For example, use of DrLoop Go is subject to the applicable DrLoop Go Terms of Use.
Use of DrLoop Driver is subject to the applicable DrLoop Driver Terms of Use.
Organizations using DrLoop may also be subject to separate commercial agreements.
5. Non-Emergency Transportation
DrLoop's transportation technology is intended to support non-emergency medical transportation.
The public website is not an emergency service.
It is not a replacement for:
- 911;
- emergency medical services;
- emergency dispatch;
- police;
- fire services;
- emergency ambulance response.
If someone is experiencing a medical emergency or immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
Do not use a website form, email or ordinary DrLoop support request as a substitute for emergency assistance.
6. DrLoop Is Not Providing Medical Advice Through the Website
Information on the public website is provided for general informational purposes concerning DrLoop and its services.
The public website does not provide:
- medical diagnosis;
- medical treatment;
- individualized medical advice;
- emergency medical assessment.
Do not rely on website content as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
7. Transportation Providers
Transportation facilitated through DrLoop may be performed by third-party Transportation Providers.
Depending on the applicable relationship, Transportation Providers may be responsible for matters within their own legal and operational roles, including matters involving:
- Vehicles;
- Drivers and crew;
- transportation equipment;
- training;
- qualifications;
- insurance;
- transportation operations;
- regulatory requirements.
The precise allocation of responsibilities may be governed by applicable agreements and law.
Information on the public website does not replace those agreements.
8. Website Information
DrLoop seeks to provide useful and accurate public information.
However, website information may:
- change;
- be updated;
- describe functionality not available in every location;
- describe functionality that depends on Provider or organizational configuration;
- become temporarily outdated.
DrLoop may correct or update website information without prior notice.
9. Product Availability
A product, feature, Vehicle type or capability shown on the website is not necessarily available:
- in every city;
- for every Trip;
- through every Transportation Provider;
- through every Hospital;
- at every time;
- for every Rider.
Actual availability depends on the applicable DrLoop product and operational circumstances.
10. Illustrative Product Experiences
The website may use simplified or illustrative product interfaces to explain how DrLoop works.
Examples may include:
- Trip cards;
- Provider options;
- Vehicle cards;
- maps;
- timelines;
- availability examples;
- ETA examples;
- pricing examples;
- dashboard views;
- fictional names or organizations.
Unless expressly identified as actual live information, these examples should be understood as product illustrations rather than a guarantee of actual availability or outcome.
11. Illustrative Availability, ETA and Pricing
Where the public website displays an illustrative transportation example containing information such as:
- availability;
- ETA;
- pricing;
- Provider;
- Vehicle;
- transportation capabilities,
actual information may differ.
Availability, ETA, pricing and capabilities depend on the applicable:
- Trip;
- location;
- time;
- Transportation Provider;
- Vehicle;
- transportation requirements.
An illustrative example is not a transportation quote, confirmed booking or guarantee.
12. No Performance Guarantee
Nothing on the website should be interpreted as guaranteeing that DrLoop will:
- eliminate transportation delays;
- always find transportation;
- always reduce waiting time;
- always provide the lowest price;
- always provide the fastest option;
- always provide a particular Vehicle;
- always provide a particular ETA;
- produce a particular operational or financial result.
Actual outcomes depend on circumstances specific to the applicable transportation or organization.
13. Product Descriptions
DrLoop may describe current, planned or developing functionality on its website.
DrLoop may change:
- product design;
- features;
- workflows;
- availability;
- technical requirements;
- product names;
- functionality
as its services evolve.
A website description does not create a contractual obligation to release or permanently maintain a particular feature unless DrLoop expressly agrees otherwise.
14. Hospital Information
The Hospitals section of the website may describe how DrLoop technology may support transportation workflows for healthcare organizations.
Public website content does not itself:
- create a Hospital relationship;
- authorize access to Hospital systems;
- create a data-sharing agreement;
- establish DrLoop's role regarding a particular Hospital's health information;
- constitute a commercial agreement.
Those matters must be established through the applicable onboarding, agreements and implementation process.
15. Provider Information
The Providers section of the website may describe opportunities for Transportation Providers to use or participate in DrLoop.
Submitting information to DrLoop does not itself:
- approve a Provider;
- guarantee onboarding;
- guarantee Trips;
- guarantee revenue;
- guarantee geographic exclusivity;
- establish a Provider relationship;
- create a transportation contract.
Any Provider relationship is subject to DrLoop's applicable review and agreement process.
16. Hospital Partnership Requests
The website may allow a Hospital, Facility or other organization to contact DrLoop concerning a potential relationship.
Submitting a Hospital partnership or consultation request:
- expresses interest only;
- does not create a binding partnership;
- does not guarantee acceptance;
- does not authorize access to DrLoop operational systems;
- does not create a Patient-care or transportation agreement.
A formal relationship requires the applicable approved agreements and onboarding.
17. Provider Applications and Partnership Requests
The website may allow Transportation Providers to submit information expressing interest in joining or working with DrLoop.
Submitting a form does not guarantee:
- Provider approval;
- account activation;
- Driver access;
- Trip access;
- revenue;
- commercial terms.
DrLoop may request additional information before deciding whether to proceed with a Provider relationship.
18. Do Not Submit Patient Information Through Public Business Forms
Public:
- Hospital partnership;
- Provider partnership;
- general contact;
- business inquiry
forms are not intended for Patient records or detailed medical information.
Do not submit through ordinary public business forms:
- Patient medical records;
- complete medical histories;
- unrelated diagnoses;
- health card information;
- other sensitive Patient information
unless DrLoop expressly provides an authorized secure process for that purpose.
19. Support Requests
Where the website provides a general support contact or form, provide only information reasonably necessary for the request.
Where a concern relates to a specific active or completed Trip, use the applicable authorized Trip or product support process where available.
Do not send unnecessary medical information through an ordinary public support form or general email.
20. Information You Submit
If you submit information through the website, you represent that:
- the information is reasonably accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you have authority to provide it;
- you are not intentionally impersonating another person or organization;
- the submission is lawful.
Do not submit information you have no authority to disclose.
21. Confidential Business Information
Unless DrLoop has expressly agreed to confidentiality or provides a process specifically designated for confidential information, do not submit highly confidential:
- trade secrets;
- proprietary business information;
- sensitive contracts;
- confidential pricing;
- protected technical information
through an ordinary public website form.
Submitting a general inquiry does not by itself create a confidentiality agreement.
22. Privacy
DrLoop's handling of personal information collected through the public website is described in the DrLoop Website Privacy Notice.
Different privacy notices may apply to:
- DrLoop Go;
- DrLoop Driver;
- Hospital Portal;
- Provider Portal;
- other DrLoop services.
The Website Privacy Notice should be read separately from these Website Terms.
23. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The public website may use cookies or similar technologies for purposes described in the applicable DrLoop Cookie Notice.
Essential technologies may be required for functions such as:
- security;
- website operation;
- preference management.
Optional analytics or similar technologies should be handled according to the applicable DrLoop cookie and consent practices.

If you voluntarily provide contact information, DrLoop may communicate with you for purposes reasonably connected with your request.
This may include responding to:
- support requests;
- partnership inquiries;
- Provider inquiries;

- other communications you initiate.
Optional marketing communications are subject to applicable communication preferences and legal requirements.
25. No Unauthorized Use
You must not use the website to:
- commit fraud;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- submit malicious code;
- interfere with website security;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- scrape protected information through abusive means;
- probe systems without authorization;
- disrupt website operation;
- exploit vulnerabilities maliciously;
- misuse another person's personal information;
- violate applicable law.
26. Automated Access
You may not use automated systems in a manner that:
- imposes an unreasonable burden on DrLoop systems;
- bypasses security controls;
- extracts protected or personal information without authorization;
- interferes with normal website operation;
- violates applicable law.
Ordinary legitimate indexing by generally recognized search engines may be permitted where not otherwise restricted.
27. Security Research
Do not exploit or publicly disclose a suspected security vulnerability in a manner that creates unnecessary risk to:
- Riders;
- Patients;
- Drivers;
- Providers;
- Hospitals;
- DrLoop;
- other people.
Where DrLoop publishes an authorized security-reporting process, use that process for good-faith security reports.
28. Intellectual Property
The website and its original content may include DrLoop:
- trademarks;
- logos;
- product names;
- designs;
- interface elements;
- graphics;
- text;
- software;
- videos;
- animations;
- other proprietary materials.
These materials are owned by DrLoop Inc. or applicable licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
29. Limited Permission to Use the Website
Subject to these Website Terms, DrLoop grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use the public website for lawful informational and business purposes.
This does not transfer ownership of any DrLoop intellectual property.
30. Prohibited Use of DrLoop Branding
You may not, without appropriate authorization:
- represent yourself as DrLoop;
- create a false DrLoop website;
- use DrLoop branding to imply an unauthorized partnership;
- falsely claim approval or endorsement by DrLoop;
- use DrLoop trademarks in a misleading manner.
Nothing on the website grants an implied endorsement or partnership.
31. Third-Party Trademarks
Third-party names, logos or trademarks that may appear on the website remain the property of their respective owners.
Their appearance does not necessarily mean that the third party:
- endorses DrLoop;
- sponsors DrLoop;
- has entered into a partnership with DrLoop,
unless DrLoop expressly states that such a relationship exists.
32. Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
A link is provided for convenience or functionality and does not automatically mean DrLoop:
- controls the third party;
- endorses all third-party content;
- guarantees the third-party service.
Third-party websites may have their own terms and privacy practices.
33. App Stores and External Platforms
DrLoop may provide links to:
- Apple App Store;
- Google Play;
- other authorized platforms
where applicable.
The availability and use of those external services are also subject to the applicable third party's own terms and policies.
34. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide DrLoop with:
- ideas;
- suggestions;
- product comments;
- general feedback,
you authorize DrLoop to use that feedback for legitimate business, operational and product-development purposes without an obligation to compensate you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Do not include confidential information belonging to another person or organization in general feedback.
35. Accessibility
DrLoop seeks to make its public digital experience usable by people with different accessibility needs.
If you experience difficulty accessing public website information, you may contact DrLoop through the available support or contact process.
Nothing in these Website Terms limits accessibility rights or obligations arising under applicable law.
36. Website Availability
DrLoop does not guarantee that the public website will always be:
- uninterrupted;
- error-free;
- free of temporary technical issues;
- available from every device or location.
Website operation may be affected by:
- maintenance;
- network outages;
- security events;
- third-party infrastructure;
- technical problems;
- circumstances outside DrLoop's reasonable control.
37. Website Changes
DrLoop may:
- update;
- redesign;
- remove;
- replace;
- reorganize
public website content or functionality.
DrLoop may also correct errors or outdated information.
38. No Reliance on Website Content for Emergency or Clinical Decisions
Do not rely on public DrLoop website content when immediate emergency or individualized clinical decision-making is required.
For medical advice, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
For an emergency or immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service.
39. Disclaimer
The public website and general informational content are provided for informational purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DrLoop does not make warranties regarding the public website beyond warranties expressly made by DrLoop or required by law.
Nothing in these Website Terms excludes any warranty, condition, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
40. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DrLoop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of or inability to use the public informational website where such liability may lawfully be limited.
DrLoop does not exclude or limit liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
These Website Terms do not eliminate responsibility for DrLoop's own conduct where liability cannot legally be excluded.
41. Separate Product Liability and Agreements
These Website Terms do not determine all rights or obligations arising from:
- a DrLoop Go Trip;
- a Transportation Provider service;
- use of DrLoop Driver;
- Hospital Portal use;
- Provider Portal use;
- a commercial Provider agreement;
- another DrLoop contractual relationship.
The terms and agreements applicable to those services govern those relationships.
42. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Website Terms restricts a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be restricted.
Where applicable consumer-protection law provides additional rights, those rights continue to apply.
DrLoop website language does not override mandatory law.
43. No Guarantee Created by Marketing Language
Headlines, slogans and general marketing language are intended to communicate DrLoop's product vision and positioning.
They should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a specific transportation, clinical, financial or operational outcome unless DrLoop expressly states a specific guarantee and its applicable conditions.
44. No Implied Healthcare Endorsement
Unless expressly stated and authorized, appearance of:
- healthcare-related imagery;
- Hospital-style interfaces;
- Facility terminology;
- transportation examples
does not mean a particular Hospital, healthcare organization or public authority endorses DrLoop.
DrLoop should not use third-party endorsements or relationships in a misleading manner.
45. Testimonials and Case Studies
Where DrLoop publishes a testimonial, endorsement or case study, it should be based on appropriate authorization and presented in a manner that does not create a misleading impression.
Individual experiences do not necessarily guarantee identical results for another user or organization.
46. No Unauthorized Data Collection
You must not use the website to collect, harvest or compile another person's:
- personal information;
- contact information;
- account information;
- sensitive information
without appropriate authority or lawful basis.
47. Suspension or Blocking of Website Access
DrLoop may restrict or block access to public website functionality where reasonably necessary to address matters such as:
- security threats;
- abusive automated traffic;
- fraud;
- malicious activity;
- unlawful use;
- attempts to compromise DrLoop systems.
A restriction may be temporary or permanent depending on the circumstances.
48. Compliance With Law
You must use the website in compliance with applicable law.
Nothing on the website authorizes conduct that would otherwise be unlawful.
49. Changes to These Website Terms
DrLoop may update these Website Terms as:
- the website changes;
- DrLoop products evolve;
- business practices change;
- applicable requirements change.
The current version will display its:
Effective Date
and:
Last Updated
Material changes may be communicated through the website or another appropriate method where necessary.
Changes apply prospectively from their applicable effective date unless applicable law permits otherwise.
50. Separate Historical Versions
DrLoop may retain historical versions of these Website Terms for:
- recordkeeping;
- legal;
- compliance;
- dispute-resolution
purposes.
The current public version should identify its applicable date.
51. Governing Law
These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, subject to any mandatory jurisdictional, consumer or other legal rights that apply and cannot lawfully be excluded.
52. Severability
If any provision of these Website Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
53. No Waiver
If DrLoop does not immediately enforce a provision of these Website Terms, that does not necessarily mean DrLoop has waived its right to enforce the provision later.
Any waiver applies only to the extent lawfully made.
54. Entire Agreement Regarding the Public Website
These Website Terms, together with policies properly incorporated into them, govern use of the public DrLoop website.
They do not replace separate terms or agreements governing DrLoop applications, portals, transportation services or commercial relationships.
