1. The Driver Standard
Four principles apply throughout every DrLoop Trip:
- Drive safely.
- Treat every Rider with dignity.
- Protect sensitive information.
- Record what actually happened.
No:
- Trip;
- schedule;
- status;
- message;
- ETA;
- operational metric
is more important than immediate safety.
2. Safety Comes First
If there is a conflict between completing a Trip and protecting immediate safety, protect immediate safety.
A Driver must not knowingly continue a Trip in a manner that is unsafe or unlawful merely because:
- the Trip has already started;
- a Rider is waiting;
- an ETA is being displayed;
- another Trip is scheduled afterward;
- the Provider expects the Trip to be completed;
- a cancellation or payment issue may result.
Operational and billing issues can be addressed after immediate safety needs have been handled.
3. Non-Emergency Transportation
DrLoop supports non-emergency medical transportation.
DrLoop Driver is not a substitute for:
- 911;
- emergency medical services;
- police;
- fire services;
- emergency medical care;
- emergency dispatch.
If a medical emergency or immediate danger develops, follow applicable emergency procedures and contact the appropriate emergency service where required.
Do not wait for DrLoop approval before seeking emergency assistance when immediate assistance is required.
4. Know Your Role
Perform only activities that are within your actual:
- training;
- qualifications;
- certification;
- authorization;
- Provider procedures;
- lawful role.
The fact that a Trip requires particular equipment or assistance does not automatically authorize you to perform every task associated with that equipment or condition.
5. DrLoop Does Not Expand Your Scope
DrLoop Driver does not expand your professional, clinical or operational authority.
An instruction, Trip note or equipment requirement displayed in the App does not authorize you to perform an activity that you are not otherwise qualified or permitted to perform.
6. Provider Procedures
Follow the safety and operational procedures applicable through your Transportation Provider.
These may include procedures concerning:
- Vehicle inspection;
- securement;
- mobility assistance;
- equipment;
- Rider handling;
- emergency response;
- collisions;
- breakdowns;
- incidents;
- privacy;
- handoffs.
If a Provider instruction would require unsafe or unlawful conduct, applicable safety and legal requirements take priority.
7. Before Beginning Work
Before performing transportation duties, take reasonable steps required by your role to ensure you are fit and authorized to work.
This may include confirming:
- required credentials are valid;
- the assigned Vehicle is appropriate;
- necessary equipment is available;
- you are not impaired;
- fatigue does not make driving unsafe;
- the device needed for DrLoop Driver is reasonably operational.
8. Before Each Trip
Before beginning an assigned Trip, review the information reasonably necessary to perform it.
Depending on the Trip, this may include:
- Pickup;
- Destination;
- scheduled time;
- Rider;
- transportation type;
- mobility requirements;
- equipment requirements;
- access conditions;
- relevant Trip instructions;
- relevant precautions.
Do not intentionally ignore information that could materially affect safe or appropriate transportation.
9. Transportation Requirements
A Trip may include transportation requirements such as:
- Wheelchair;
- Stretcher;
- Oxygen;
- Stair Chair;
- Cardiac Monitor;
- mobility assistance;
- support person;
- access or stair conditions;
- relevant transportation precautions.
Confirm that the assigned Vehicle, equipment and authorized personnel can reasonably support the applicable transportation requirements.
10. Relevant Diagnosis or Condition for Transportation
For certain Trips, DrLoop may provide information described as:
Relevant diagnosis or condition for transportation
This information is limited to a diagnosis or condition reasonably relevant to:
- transportation requirements;
- assistance;
- safety;
- care requirements during the Trip.
It is not an invitation to review or obtain the Rider's complete medical history.
Use this information only for an authorized transportation purpose.
11. Do Not Diagnose Riders
Do not use DrLoop Driver to make or communicate a medical diagnosis on behalf of DrLoop.
Do not represent DrLoop as providing medical diagnosis, treatment or clinical advice.
If you separately hold a regulated healthcare qualification, your professional responsibilities exist independently of DrLoop Driver.
12. Requirement Mismatch
If the Rider's actual transportation requirements materially differ from the information used to arrange the Trip, do not simply ignore the difference.
Examples may include:
- a required Vehicle capability is unavailable;
- required equipment is unavailable;
- a different mobility requirement exists;
- stairs or access conditions materially differ;
- assistance is required beyond available training or authorization;
- another significant safety issue exists.
Use the applicable Provider or DrLoop escalation process.
13. Do Not Perform an Unsuitable Trip
Do not proceed merely to avoid:
- a delay;
- cancellation;
- inconvenience;
- operational escalation;
- reassignment
where you know the Trip cannot reasonably be completed safely or appropriately with the available Vehicle, equipment or authorized personnel.
14. Vehicle Safety
Do not operate a Vehicle you know or reasonably believe cannot be safely operated for the applicable transportation.
Follow Provider requirements concerning matters such as:
- inspections;
- maintenance;
- tires;
- brakes;
- lights;
- accessibility equipment;
- securement systems;
- emergency equipment;
- mechanical concerns.
Report significant Vehicle safety concerns through the applicable Provider process.
15. Vehicle Authorization
Use only a Vehicle you are authorized and legally permitted to operate.
Do not intentionally operate under:
- another Vehicle's identity;
- an incorrect Vehicle profile;
- another Driver's Vehicle assignment
where doing so creates false operational records.
16. Equipment Safety
Use transportation equipment only in accordance with applicable:
- training;
- authorization;
- Provider procedures;
- manufacturer guidance;
- legal requirements.
Do not improvise unsafe equipment use merely to complete a Trip.
17. Mobility Equipment
Mobility aids and transportation equipment must be treated carefully and respectfully.
Follow applicable procedures concerning:
- Wheelchairs;
- Stretchers;
- securement;
- mobility devices;
- Stair Chairs;
- other applicable equipment.
Do not intentionally damage, misuse or improperly handle a Rider's mobility equipment.
18. Oxygen and Other Specialized Equipment
Where a Trip involves Oxygen, a Cardiac Monitor or other specialized equipment, Drivers and crew must operate only within their actual training, authorization and Provider procedures.
The fact that equipment is present does not mean every Driver or crew member is qualified to clinically operate it.
19. Patient and Rider Dignity
Treat every Rider with dignity.
Do not:
- ridicule a condition;
- mock mobility limitations;
- shame someone for needing assistance;
- unnecessarily discuss diagnosis information;
- speak about a Rider as though the Rider is not present;
- expose a Rider unnecessarily;
- use degrading language;
- treat a Rider as an inconvenience.
20. Professional Communication
Communicate calmly and professionally.
A Driver may need to communicate with:
- Riders;
- caregivers;
- Hospital staff;
- Facility staff;
- Provider personnel;
- DrLoop support.
Do not use:
- threatening language;
- harassment;
- discriminatory comments;
- sexual comments;
- degrading language;
- unnecessary arguments.
21. Physical Assistance
Physical assistance must remain:
- reasonably necessary;
- professional;
- respectful;
- within your authorized role;
- within your training;
- consistent with applicable Provider procedures.
Respect personal boundaries whenever circumstances permit.
22. Sexual Misconduct
Sexual misconduct is prohibited.
This includes:
- sexual assault;
- unwanted sexual touching;
- sexual harassment;
- sexual propositions;
- sexually explicit comments directed at a Rider;
- exposing oneself;
- using Rider information to pursue sexual contact.
Consent to transportation is not consent to sexual or personal contact.
23. No Personal Pursuit
Do not use information obtained through DrLoop to pursue a Rider after a Trip for an unrelated personal or romantic purpose.
Do not use:
- phone number;
- Pickup address;
- Destination;
- social-media information;
- Rider identity;
- Trip details
to initiate unwanted personal contact.
24. Discrimination
Unlawful discrimination or harassment is prohibited.
A legitimate transportation limitation may exist because of actual:
- Vehicle capability;
- equipment;
- training;
- accessibility requirements;
- safety conditions;
- legal restrictions.
Do not invent or misuse an operational limitation as a pretext for discrimination.
25. Accessibility
Treat Riders with disabilities respectfully and follow applicable accessibility requirements and Provider procedures.
This may include matters involving:
- mobility aids;
- assistive devices;
- accommodations;
- support persons;
- service animals.
Where you are uncertain whether an accommodation can be safely supported, use the applicable Provider escalation process rather than making an arbitrary refusal.
26. Service Animals
Where applicable law recognizes an animal as a service animal, it should not be treated as an ordinary pet solely because an animal is involved.
Follow applicable accessibility requirements and Provider procedures.
Where there is a legitimate safety or operational concern, use the appropriate escalation process.
27. Rider Privacy
Rider and Patient information available through DrLoop Driver is confidential and must be used only for authorized purposes.
This may include:
- identity;
- Pickup;
- Destination;
- phone number;
- transportation requirements;
- health-related transportation information;
- precise Trip location;
- messages;
- Trip history.
28. Minimum Necessary Access
Access only the information reasonably necessary for your authorized role.
Do not seek more information simply because:
- you are curious;
- you know the Rider;
- the Rider is a public figure;
- another Trip is visible;
- technical access happens to exist.
Technical access does not equal authorization.
29. No Snooping
Do not intentionally access sensitive Rider information without an authorized operational reason.
This includes accessing information about:
- family;
- friends;
- coworkers;
- neighbours;
- celebrities;
- former Riders;
- Riders assigned to another Driver
out of curiosity.
Unauthorized access may result in investigation and platform or Provider action.
30. Confidentiality After the Trip
Your obligation to protect Rider information continues after the Trip is completed.
Do not later:
- discuss the Rider socially;
- share Trip details;
- tell family or friends about the Rider;
- contact the Rider for personal reasons;
- post about the Trip;
- use information learned during the Trip for another purpose.
31. Screenshots and Copies
Do not screenshot, copy, export or photograph Rider information for personal or unrelated purposes.
This includes:
- Trip screens;
- Patient details;
- addresses;
- diagnoses;
- messages;
- medical records;
- location information.
Where legitimate incident documentation is required, use the approved process.
32. Photos and Recordings
Do not photograph or record a Rider merely because an unusual incident occurred.
Where documentation is legally permitted and legitimately required for an authorized purpose:
- collect only what is reasonably necessary;
- avoid unrelated sensitive information;
- follow applicable Provider and DrLoop procedures;
- store or submit it through authorized channels.
Do not post Rider information on social media.
33. Contact Information
Use Rider contact information only where legitimately required for:
- Pickup;
- Trip coordination;
- authorized operational follow-up.
Do not use it for:
- personal business;
- marketing;
- off-platform solicitation;
- romantic pursuit;
- repeated unwanted contact.
34. Safe Driving
Safe and lawful Vehicle operation takes priority over DrLoop Driver.
Do not interact with the App in a manner that creates unsafe or unlawful distraction.
If an action cannot safely and lawfully be completed while driving:
- Wait until the Vehicle can be safely stopped.
35. Trip Status Can Wait for Safety
DrLoop does not require a Driver to create unsafe driving conditions merely to update a Trip status at an exact second.
Where manually updating:
- Arrived;
- Pickup;
- Going to destination;
- Completed;
- a message;
- another status
would be unsafe or unlawful, perform the action when it can be done safely.
The status must still accurately reflect what occurred.
36. Navigation
Navigation is an operational aid.
A Driver remains responsible for:
- observing road conditions;
- obeying traffic laws;
- following road signs;
- responding to road closures;
- choosing a safe route.
Do not follow an App instruction where doing so would be unsafe or unlawful.
37. Messaging While Driving
Do not manually read, compose or send non-essential DrLoop messages while driving where doing so would be unsafe or unlawful.
Use permitted hands-free functionality only where lawful and safe.
Otherwise, wait until the Vehicle can be safely stopped.
38. Accurate Trip Status
Every status must reflect what actually happened.
Do not intentionally falsify:
- On your way;
- Arrived;
- Picking up;
- Going to destination;
- Completed;
- Waiting;
- Delayed;
- Cancelled;
- No-show.
Operational records may affect Riders, Hospitals, Providers, billing and safety reviews.
39. On Your Way
Use On your way only when the applicable operational requirements for that status are satisfied.
Do not activate the status merely to manipulate:
- ETA;
- Provider metrics;
- Trip records;
- cancellation rules.
40. Arrived
Do not mark Arrived before you have actually arrived according to the applicable operational meaning.
Do not intentionally create a false arrival to:
- begin waiting charges;
- create a cancellation charge;
- improve performance records;
- conceal a delay.
41. Pickup
Do not mark the Rider as picked up before the applicable real-world Pickup has occurred.
The App status must reflect actual transportation activity.
42. Going to Destination
Use the applicable transportation status only when the Trip has actually progressed to that stage.
Do not manipulate the status to alter:
- timing;
- location;
- billing;
- operational records.
43. Completed
Do not mark a Trip Completed while material transportation responsibilities applicable to the Trip remain incomplete.
A Completed status does not replace a required real-world handoff.
44. Patient Handoff
Where a Patient handoff is required, follow applicable:
- Provider procedures;
- Facility procedures;
- transportation requirements;
- professional responsibilities.
An App status does not by itself create a safe Patient handoff.
45. Waiting Time
Record waiting accurately.
Do not:
- artificially start waiting early;
- extend waiting time falsely;
- falsify timestamps;
- create waiting charges that did not occur.
Follow the applicable Provider and Trip rules.
46. No-Show
Do not mark a Rider as a no-show unless the applicable no-show conditions are genuinely met.
Do not use no-show status to:
- avoid an inconvenient Trip;
- conceal lateness;
- hide a Driver cancellation;
- create an improper charge;
- manipulate performance records.
47. Cancellation
Use cancellation reasons accurately.
Do not:
- claim the Rider cancelled when the Rider did not;
- pressure a Rider to cancel for your financial or operational benefit;
- fabricate a safety reason;
- cancel for an unlawfully discriminatory reason;
- manipulate cancellation timing.
Use the authorized DrLoop and Provider process.
48. Payments
Do not request unauthorized payment from a Rider.
Unless expressly authorized by the applicable DrLoop and Provider process, do not request:
- cash;
- e-transfer;
- payment to a personal account;
- an additional private fee;
- an undisclosed charge.
Do not divert a Rider off the approved payment process.
49. No Off-Platform Solicitation
Do not use a DrLoop Trip as an opportunity to divert Riders into unauthorized private transportation arrangements.
Rider information obtained through DrLoop must not be used as a private customer list.
50. Impairment
Do not perform Driver or crew duties while impaired in a manner that makes the work unsafe or unlawful.
This includes impairment that materially interferes with:
- safe driving;
- judgment;
- required transportation assistance;
- safe equipment use.
Follow applicable Provider procedures and legal requirements.
51. Fatigue
Do not knowingly continue driving when fatigue makes Vehicle operation unsafe.
Follow applicable:
- work-hour requirements;
- rest requirements;
- Provider policies;
- transportation requirements.
A scheduled DrLoop Trip does not override the obligation to drive safely.
52. Credentials
Maintain credentials legally or operationally required for your authorized role.
Do not knowingly:
- use an expired licence where a valid licence is required;
- falsify credentials;
- alter documents;
- misrepresent training;
- misrepresent certification;
- perform work you are no longer authorized to perform.
Report material credential changes through the applicable Provider or DrLoop process.
53. Vehicle Breakdown
If a Vehicle becomes unsafe or unable to continue:
- Prioritize immediate safety.
Follow applicable Provider procedures.
When safe and appropriate:
- report the Vehicle problem;
- update relevant operational participants;
- update the Trip appropriately;
- do not falsely mark the Trip completed.
Where emergency assistance is required, contact the appropriate emergency service.
54. Collision
If a collision occurs:
- Immediate safety comes first.
Follow applicable:
- emergency procedures;
- collision-reporting requirements;
- traffic laws;
- Provider procedures;
- insurance requirements.
Do not prioritize updating DrLoop Driver over immediate safety.
A DrLoop incident report does not replace any legally required report to another authority.
55. Rider Condition Changes
A Rider's condition may change during transportation.
If the condition materially deteriorates:
- remain within your training and authorized role;
- follow Provider procedures;
- follow applicable emergency procedures;
- seek appropriate emergency assistance where necessary.
Do not continue routine transportation merely because the original booking was non-emergency if the actual situation has become an emergency.
56. Emergency Assistance
Where emergency assistance is required, contact the appropriate emergency service without waiting for:
- DrLoop support;
- Provider messaging;
- an App status;
- Trip Chat;
- approval from DrLoop.
DrLoop Driver is not an emergency dispatch system.
57. Trip Chat Is Not an Emergency Service
Trip Chat may support ordinary transportation communication.
It should not be relied upon as the primary method for obtaining emergency assistance.
Do not assume a DrLoop employee is continuously monitoring every Trip Chat conversation.
58. Safety Reports
Report significant safety concerns through the applicable DrLoop or Provider process where required.
Examples may include:
- collision;
- unsafe Vehicle;
- significant equipment failure;
- serious Rider handling concern;
- violence;
- sexual misconduct;
- serious discrimination;
- privacy incident;
- another significant safety issue.
59. Accurate Incident Reports
Incident reports must be truthful and reasonably complete.
Do not intentionally:
- fabricate an incident;
- omit a material fact to conceal misconduct;
- alter evidence improperly;
- blame another participant falsely;
- submit an incident report for retaliation.
A good-faith report that cannot ultimately be substantiated is not automatically a false report.
60. Preserve Safety Before Evidence
Do not place yourself, a Rider or another person in danger merely to:
- take a photograph;
- capture video;
- obtain a screenshot;
- record Vehicle damage;
- collect other evidence.
Address immediate safety first.
61. Privacy Incidents
Report suspected privacy or security incidents promptly through the applicable process.
Examples include:
- lost device;
- stolen device;
- compromised Driver account;
- unauthorized Patient access;
- Rider information sent to the wrong person;
- unauthorized screenshot;
- accidental disclosure of Trip information.
Do not intentionally conceal a privacy incident.
62. Lost or Stolen Device
If a device used for DrLoop Driver is lost, stolen or compromised:
- report it promptly;
- follow Provider security procedures;
- use available account-security measures.
DrLoop may restrict or terminate active sessions where reasonably appropriate.
63. Location Integrity
Do not intentionally falsify Driver or Vehicle location.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- GPS spoofing;
- simulated location for fraudulent purposes;
- manipulating location to create false arrival;
- manipulating location to create false Trip progress.
A normal GPS error is different from intentional manipulation.
64. Location Privacy
Location processing through DrLoop Driver must remain connected to legitimate operational purposes as described in the DrLoop Driver Privacy Notice and DrLoop Driver Location & App Permissions.
Drivers must not manipulate location systems.
Likewise, location availability does not authorize other participants to use Driver location for unrelated personal purposes.
65. Off-Duty Privacy
DrLoop Driver should not be treated as authorization for unnecessary continuous off-duty surveillance.
If a Driver believes location is being collected outside the disclosed operational purpose, the Driver may raise the concern through the applicable privacy process.
66. Fraud
Fraudulent use of DrLoop is prohibited.
Examples may include:
- fake Trips;
- Driver impersonation;
- false credentials;
- false arrival;
- false completion;
- false no-show;
- false waiting;
- GPS spoofing;
- unauthorized fees;
- fabricated refund or safety claims;
- manipulation of Trip records.
67. Account Sharing
Do not share a Driver account in a manner that allows another person to:
- perform transportation under your identity;
- access Rider information;
- update Trips as you;
- create false operational records.
Each authorized user should use the appropriate authorized account.
68. System Security
Do not:
- bypass security controls;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- scrape Rider information;
- exploit security weaknesses;
- introduce malicious software;
- interfere with DrLoop systems;
- extract protected information without authorization.
Report suspected security concerns through an appropriate channel.
69. Harassment and Threats
Do not:
- threaten a Rider;
- intimidate a caregiver;
- harass Hospital staff;
- abuse Provider personnel;
- threaten DrLoop support;
- engage in retaliatory conduct.
Professional disagreement or a complaint does not justify abusive behaviour.
70. Good-Faith Reporting
Drivers may make good-faith reports involving:
- safety;
- privacy;
- discrimination;
- harassment;
- Vehicle concerns;
- operational problems;
- security.
Making a good-faith report does not itself violate these Standards.
71. No Retaliation
Do not retaliate against someone because they:
- reported unsafe conduct;
- made a privacy complaint;
- requested an accommodation;
- reported discrimination;
- reported harassment;
- disputed a Trip record;
- cooperated with an investigation.
Retaliation may itself result in action.
72. Cooperation With Reviews
Drivers may be required to reasonably cooperate with legitimate:
- safety reviews;
- privacy investigations;
- security investigations;
- fraud reviews;
- Trip disputes
subject to applicable rights and law.
Provide truthful information.
Do not destroy or manipulate information to interfere with a legitimate review.
73. Temporary Protective Action
DrLoop may temporarily restrict Driver platform access where there is a credible potentially serious concern involving:
- immediate safety;
- Patient endangerment;
- sexual misconduct;
- violence;
- unauthorized Patient access;
- significant fraud;
- Driver impersonation;
- serious security risk.
Temporary restriction is a protective measure and does not itself establish a final finding of misconduct.
74. Investigation
DrLoop may review information reasonably relevant to a legitimate safety, privacy, security or fraud investigation.
Depending on the issue, this may include:
- Trip records;
- status history;
- timestamps;
- relevant location;
- messages;
- account activity;
- Provider information;
- Vehicle information;
- incident reports;
- relevant security records.
Access should remain limited to what is reasonably necessary for the review.
75. Driver Opportunity to Respond
Where reasonably appropriate, a Driver affected by a significant DrLoop enforcement decision may be given an opportunity to:
- provide relevant information;
- clarify events;
- request review.
Immediate protective action may still be taken where reasonably necessary for safety, privacy or security.
76. Possible Outcomes
Depending on:
- seriousness;
- risk;
- available evidence;
- previous conduct;
- applicable agreements;
- law,
DrLoop may take platform action such as:
- no further action;
- guidance;
- warning;
- temporary restriction;
- feature restriction;
- suspension;
- deactivation;
- Provider escalation;
- another appropriate platform measure.
A Provider may independently take action under its own workplace or contractual relationship.
77. Serious Violations
Conduct that may justify immediate protective action includes credible concerns involving:
- violence;
- sexual assault;
- serious sexual misconduct;
- serious Patient endangerment;
- impaired driving;
- intentional serious discrimination;
- deliberate misuse of sensitive Patient information;
- unauthorized Patient access;
- significant fraud;
- Driver impersonation;
- serious platform-security abuse.
The final outcome depends on the actual circumstances and available evidence.
78. Repeated Violations
Repeated lower-level violations may result in stronger action where previous interventions have not corrected the conduct.
DrLoop may consider:
- individual seriousness;
- frequency;
- pattern;
- safety impact.
79. Provider Responsibility
Transportation Providers remain responsible for matters within their applicable operational and legal responsibilities.
These may include:
- Driver authorization;
- training;
- supervision;
- Vehicle safety;
- equipment;
- insurance;
- workplace procedures;
- regulatory obligations.
DrLoop Driver does not replace those responsibilities.
80. DrLoop Is Not Continuous Supervision
The presence of:
- location;
- ETA;
- Trip status;
- messages;
- automated alerts
does not mean DrLoop is continuously observing or supervising every Driver, Vehicle or Trip.
Drivers and Transportation Providers remain responsible for actual real-world safety within their applicable roles.
81. Automated Information
DrLoop Driver may display automated or calculated information such as:
- ETA;
- routes;
- alerts;
- location;
- operational recommendations.
Automated information may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete.
Do not ignore obvious real-world safety information merely because the App indicates otherwise.
82. App Outage
If DrLoop Driver becomes unavailable during a Trip:
- prioritize Rider and Vehicle safety;
- follow applicable Provider procedures;
- use authorized alternative operational communication where available;
- update DrLoop when reasonably possible.
Do not abandon a Rider merely because the App becomes temporarily unavailable.
83. No Guarantee of Work or Assignments
These Standards do not guarantee:
- Trip volume;
- compensation;
- work hours;
- continued Provider engagement;
- Driver employment;
- continued platform access.
Those matters may depend on separate relationships, agreements and applicable law.
84. No Waiver of Worker Rights
Nothing in these Standards is intended to waive:
- applicable employment standards;
- occupational health and safety rights;
- lawful workplace complaints;
- protected privacy rights;
- legally protected cooperation with authorities;
- other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
85. Relationship to the Community Guidelines
Drivers are also subject to the DrLoop Community Guidelines where applicable.
These Driver Standards provide additional role-specific requirements.
Where these Driver Standards impose a more specific operational expectation, Drivers should follow the more specific applicable requirement, subject to mandatory law.
86. Changes to These Standards
DrLoop may update these Standards as:
- DrLoop Driver changes;
- operational requirements evolve;
- safety practices change;
- privacy or security requirements change;
- applicable legal requirements change.
The current version will display:
Effective Date
and:
Last Updated
Where appropriate, DrLoop may provide notice of material changes and request renewed acknowledgement or acceptance.
87. Acknowledgement
DrLoop may require Drivers to acknowledge these Standards electronically.
The acknowledgement record may include:
- Driver or account identifier;
- document version;
- date and time acknowledged.
Acknowledgement helps establish which version of the Standards was presented to the Driver.
88. Contact and Reporting
For Driver operational concerns, use the applicable DrLoop Driver or Transportation Provider process.
For a concern connected to a specific Trip, use the Trip-related support or safety process where available.
For Driver privacy concerns, use the contact identified in the DrLoop Driver Privacy Notice.
For general DrLoop support:
DrLoop Inc.
Privacy Inquiry
info@drloop.ca
Do not send unnecessary Rider or Patient medical information through ordinary email.
For an immediate emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
89. Final Safety Principle
If there is ever a conflict between:
finishing the Trip
and protecting:
Safety. Dignity. Privacy.
- Protect safety, dignity and privacy first.
